Ok, I got it

Now to do this, first
1. Get a html box on the page you want the iframe

2. Copy this code in it

3. Where it says URLHERE, paste the URL of the page you want in the iframe box, that people will see first when they come to your site(e.g. blog)

4. Now edit the the size to how you want it styled, then click ok

5. To get the text you can use text box or html. You must copy this code

Where it says URLHERE, you write the URL address you want in your iframe, where it says PAGENAME, that is where you put the name of the page.
